Bully Hawk Aero Performance Inc. introduces the first Rotax 912 to 914 conversion kit.
This kit is engineered to the exact specifications of the original Rotax 914 turbo system and meets or exceeds original manufacturer's specifications.

This conversion kit gives 912UL 80hp Rotax owners a great opportunity to improve performance at all altitudes, for a fraction of the cost of an engine change, and without compromising quality or reliability.

 

The Bully Hawk 914 Turbo Conversion Kit includes everything required to turn your current 912UL engine into a 914UL, including the following:
  • Turbo Charger
  • Complete Exhaust System
  • Air Box Assembly (including all sensors and hoses)
  • 2 x 914 Carburetors (including Throttle Position Sensor)
  • Fuel Regulator and Stainless Steel Fuel Lines
  • 2 Electric Fuel Pumps
  • Engine Suspension Frame (ring mount)
  • 914 Turbo Control Unit (TCU ver 4.6), Wiring Harness and Waste Gate Servo and cable
  • 914 Turbo Oil Scavenge Pump and Stainless Steel Oil Pressure and Return Lines
  • 914 Flywheel

Installation Notes:

  • It is highly recommended that older 912UL engines be inspected and qualified as a solid base for the added power of the Bully Hawk 914 Upgrade Kit.  Engines found to require additional repair work and/or parts will be quoted such costs at time of inspection.

  • It is highly recommended that all 914 conversion customers take a Bully Hawk approved 914 Service Course so they can better understand the proper installation, operation and maintenance requirements of their engine.  This is imperative for safe operation.
  • 914 Turbo Upgrade kit can be installed on your engine by Bully Hawk at an additional cost.  Click here for details.
  • You may need to alter your airframe engine mounts to accommodate the ring mount.  Contact your airframe manufacturer as they may offer a factory kit for conversion.
  • Cowling clearances etc. are the responsibility of the engine owner.
  • A fresh air intake for the Turbo is required.
  • Modifications to Oil and Coolant radiator systems may be required to expel heat generated by the additional
    horsepower
